"So where do I start? Pro-tech was great from start to finish! Estimate Mark knew exactly what I was looking for when he meet with me. He understood what I was looking for in my project! We had our drive way completely tore our redone , extended our drive way out further. Had our access redone and opened up! As well as our walk way and porch completely redone! The project was a 2 day job, first day tear out and prep. Second day pour and finishes! (So much more into this job the what it sounds!) from the get go Mark was only looking to help me get the most out of my project! Definitely some one who believe the details matter for his customers! His crew both days worked extremely hard ,we’re professional and friendly! Could not have asked for a better company and crew to do the job I needed done. "Shrubs at 2 properties needed to be removed. They were original landscape estimated to be 40+ years old. Two story house needed updated landscaping and retaining wall, single story home needed painted but but unable to access due to shrubs. Thorpe Site Solutions was working near by, I asked them to stop and give us a quote. They were professional and personable, we walked the property, they took photos and asked questions about accessibility to different areas. They were up front with concerns about possible damage to existing flower beds and explained a plan to minimize damage to yard from equipment. i requested shrubs be pulled out vs cut off and stumps ground. Within 48 hrs they sent me a quote for each of the jobs. The next week they started work...they worked non-stop x 2 days to complete the work and haul away all of the debris, they level the landscape where there were holes. No regrets, No disappointments! THEY DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB!!"

"On the plus side, Anthony was highly knowledgeable. He offered unique explanations and features like surrounding our basketball hoop to help prevent injury, and â  pin-ingâ  to existing concrete to prevent sag. Anthony started work right on schedule with only a verbal agreement. The finished concrete looks mostly great although some discoloration which we hope will cure out. On the minus side, crew was sloppy and inconsiderate when Anthony was not present. Idle workers leaned on neighbors and our fencing which was not sturdy. Piles of mud and rocks placed in neighbor's yard and our new deck despite ample yard space. After I washed the deck off in full view, others brought more mud and rock on the deck to plug in tools despite other outlets being used tools. Workers urinated in bushes. On completion, did not backfill dirt as proposed. We had to wash neighbor's fence, plus wash our surfaces including basketball pole, mailbox and pole which had concrete residue. Concrete residue still covers the street and gutter a month later."
