"Oasis is very good and very professional. They always let you know when they'll be treating your lawn and then send information to you about what they treated it with. If you have a particular concern (maybe some pesky weeds) they are very responsive."

"Josh and his crew removed everything just fine. However, Josh, who I guess is the co-owner, is a rude individual. He didn’t have three seconds to talk to me. It was a wind storm night and they were out making money as fast as they could. They were at my house for 15 minutes and made $300. They will never get another dime from me. I moved on to another company from Angi to remove five full grown trees and their stumps. This team of guys were friendly!! I will have them back for future work!! Stay away from CJ unless you just like being treated rudely!!!!!!"

"Corey called very soon after I posted the project. He gave a reasonable estimate over the phone and followed up with a visit in less than 24 hours. He gave us a glimmer of hope that we could save a sick Ash tree. He was friendly and professional. I definitely recommend him to anyone needing help with a tree!"

"Ted answered my call & was very responsive. I had a 40 downed tree in my yard I needed removed. He came over the day I called & quoted a price. He subcontracts stump removal & it wasn t included in the original quote but we came to an agreement. They removed the tree the same day & the stump the next! Ted s partner Brandon & his crew were efficient & thorough. Overall satisfied at this point."

FAQs for trees & shrubs treat, protect and maintain projects in Miamisburg, OH

A tree doctor or tree surgeon is another term for an arborist. The term is more common in places like the United Kingdom. They are professionals trained to plant, care for, maintain, diagnose, and remove trees of all kinds. Tree doctors have specialized knowledge to ensure the health and safety of trees.

Arborists are tree care specialists who plan, maintain, and enhance the health of trees with expert precision. They prune, diagnose diseases, treat pest infestations, remove hazardous limbs, and manage debris cleanup while developing comprehensive landscaping plans. They also handle tree planting and work with landscape professionals to ensure long-term tree vitality and safety.

Consulting arborists are tree experts who can advise homeowners and business owners on the right trees to plant, how to care for existing trees, and what to do about trees that appear to be sick or pose a safety threat. A consulting arborist may work with local landscape architects, investment property owners, city governments, developers, and other arborists.

An arborist may be able to save a dying tree. If you notice that your tree suddenly appears to be sick or is exhibiting unusual behavior, contact an arborist immediately. They will thoroughly inspect the tree to determine what might be wrong with it—and will let you know if it’s possible to save the tree and how to do it.

Verifying an arborist’s credentials is crucial for reliable tree care. Arborists must be licensed by their state and hold certifications from reputable organizations such as the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). Request proof of licensing and certification, and review local recommendations to ensure you are hiring a professional who meets high industry standards and adheres to strict safety protocols.
