"BE AWARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A FEE AND NOT TELL YOU UNTIL THE END! I put a request on Angi to have a leak inspected and got a call from them the next day saying they could have someone out in 30 minutes. The man came and inspected and said he would come up with plan. Didn't hear back for 4 days and the problem was alreay fixed. At the end of the inspection he said that will be 129.95 for today. WHAT? That is something you should tell someone in advance!! I called to talk about this with them and was hung up on by a guy named Mike. "OK, Thank You!" was all he could muster before hanging up the phone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

My wife even commented that he talked to her and listened to her, instead of just dealing with me like many contractors. He worked with us to put together a job that worked best for our needs. Communication was great .. very responsive .. worked out pricing over text. Pricing was comparable to other bids. The work crew were all respectful and well spoken.
