I was getting a new door and another wasp nest was noted by the door installers. I had a follow-up charge within 30 days to eliminate the problem. I appreciate the professional treatment of the technician to the problem . The lesser charge for the follow -up was an added bonus."

A couple years ago I had a bulb burn out and paid to have a replacement sent to me to install myself. Instead they happened to be in the area and just replaced it for me. More recently I was having an issue where my lights in the back weren't coming on. Rather than make me pay for a service call, they sat on the phone with me for 10 minutes to troubleshoot different things. Problem fixed and nothing charged. Highly recommend."
