I've worked with Leo (Abdonel Vasquez) of S&M Roofing since 2020, and his service has been consistently exceptional. Over the past five years, Leo has successfully completed multiple projects on my property, from minor repairs to significant roofing work. What sets Leo apart is his unwavering commitment to integrity and professionalism. He provides fair, competitive pricing while maintaining high-quality workmanship. His responsiveness is remarkable - he's always punctual for appointments and quick to communicate about project updates or concerns. His crew reflects the same level of professionalism, arriving on time and treating both the property and homeowner with respect. They're thorough in their work and cleanup, which I particularly appreciate given the historic nature of my home."

"Greg and his team did an excellent job on a roof replacement for my home. They were able to replace the entire roof in a single day. They even came out the next day to ensure there were no nails and cleanup was thorough."

"Great. I’m so happy that I have found Prefered Roof Systems company to put a new metal roof at my warehouse. The owner, Doug, Is very honest and friendly. He has 30 years experience in roofing. He explained the process and cost and warranty, and the price was very reasonable. I signed the contract and put down the deposit right away. And two weeks later his crew came and did a great job. They clean up very nice after the job too. I was worried about the leaks before snow comes, but now I feel so good that it is all done. I received other quotes from other companies, And they said that I had to replace the skylight window that would have cost me much more and it was not necessary. And Doug never mentioned that I needed a new skylight window. If you need a new roof please do not hesitate to hire Prefered Roof System. And you will not regret it. If I need a new roof I would definitely hire them again."
