Ordered awning in July, 2021. Long delay in getting it installed. Had to get approval with my HOA, then awning had to be ordered, then winter came.... Anyway, awning was installed in March, 2022. Gary and Mitch were the installers. Installation went very smoothly. Awning looks great. The only 'con' was the cost. It was very, very expensive. More than I intended to spend. There are other awnings out there, the ones you see advertised on TV. I am certain that I got a top notch product. I believe you get what you pay for. And I will now be able to comfortably use my patio."
