"Without Joe's help, this project could not have happened. As the owner of AJI Electrical, he helped me throughout this project. I really knew nothing about generators or their installation until Joe met with me. I only knew that frequent power outages had left me vulnerable. Joe helped me understand how the generator provides power to selected circuits in the home. He helped me decide on which generator would best fit my needs. And then he provided the best possible installation. By the time he was done, I was fully informed on the operation and maintenance of the generator. Joe was patient and understanding of my questions. He gave me all the time I needed. He did not abandon me after the generator was installed. When I could not find the serial number to sign up for the warranty, Joe searched his paperwork and mailed me the information. He suggested I place the generator on a platform of cinder-blocks and pressurized wood. After I purchased the blocks, Joe sent over a team to arrange the platform and place the generator on it. No charge for this service. I can not speak more highly of Joe's help on this project. It has been my pleasure to work with him and his team. I can recommend him with my highest regards.
