Both the roof replacement team and the gutter replacement team were good at their respective parts and a pleasure to work with. I was informed as to what to expect each step of the way. When deliveries or workers were going to arrive, I received notification ahead of time as to what and when to expect them. They also documented the progress with photos and provided the photos to me. I had other quotes for the work but Roof Right was the best quote and provided more service. We are very pleased with the work and tell anyone who ask how great and professional Roof Right is. Michael, keep up the good work. Hope to have them out again next year for our window and siding project."

Our existing roof was 30 years old (it was originally a 30 year roof shingle installed back in 1989), it was not leaking but clearly had aged and needed to be replaced in the very near future. Jason Evans gave me a very fair and reasonable estimate to replace the shingles and the underlayments, ridge vents, 4 pipe collars, flashing and a new pre-fab metal chimney unit. Jason gave me the estimate back in July, and since I was not in a need to get the work done immediately, we scheduled the job for Monday, October 19, 2020. Jason's supplier dropped the material off at our house the Friday before (10/16), placing the packages of shingles on the roof. Jason's crew of 7 men started work at the break of dawn (7:20AM) on Monday with Jason personally supervising, and worked in such an efficient manner that they were finished and cleaned up by 2:30PM the same day. To let you know that Jason lives up to his company's motto. I asked Jason to look at my sister roof back in July after he gave me my estimate. I thought she may need a new roof because her roof looked to me like it need to be replaced. Jason looked at her roof and informed her that her roof was still in good shape and did not need to be replaced. That is truly "A Roofer You Can Trust"! "This company is horrible, do not use these people for your roofing needs. Workmanship was awful, had to call them back to my home 5 times to fix their poor installation work. STAY AWAY! UPDATE: I was contacted by the service provider asking that I update my review. They did come back and corrected the issues. I updated my review from a "D" to a "C" because I still feel like people need to be made aware of the frustrating experience I had. My general feeling is that I cannot give this company and "A" rating. Nothing personal, but I had holes in my roof for two months with water coming in and I still have a bad taste in my mouth."

"I had a bad leaking after recent rain. The ceiling dropped and the water was everywhere. There were rain for several days in the forecast. I called my roofer friend and left several messages. Searching for top roofer in the Angie's list, I either got text said total roof replacement only, or the soonest appointment would be 2 weeks after. This guy Steve from Roofer 911 replied me within 30 minutes and came the next day at 10:30. He went over the problem area with his detector and let you know which part of ceiling were wet and possible source of the leaking. He did his estimate at my drive way and sent the paperwork through email. After I signed the contract, the workers showed up at 13:00 the same day and finished the work at 16:30. They documented what and how they did the fixing by taking pictures. The whole experience was so smooth and eased my anxiety. I will call Steve for any future roof jobs and will recommend Steve to my friends. I wish he had other talents like plumbing and repair air conditioning."

"I contacted Roof Solutions after we discovered a water coming through an upstairs light fixture. Eric came out and discovered a missing slate and unsealed nail hole along the roof ridge. Rather than just replace the slate and reseal the ridge, Eric proposed a cap along the entire ridge to prevent future occurrence. The finished product is attractive and blends well with the roof."
