Only happened once or twice a year. Repair man was very knowledgeable and seemed to know exactly what the problem was. "Robert had an idea of what was happening when I gave him the details of the leak happens once we turn the shower. He anticipated having to replace the bathtub spout. After finally removing the bathtub spout he noticed the original was put on in a manner he was not necessarily familiar with and one that would not allow a new one to just fit right over. So we had to cut into the wall to replace the actual pipe. Once we got into the wall we have discovered more damage than originally thought. Robert did a great job of providing details of everything in a manner we could understand. We now know our next step options.We still need more work to finalize the leak as all of the pipes are pretty damaged behind the wall. Robert is going to provide us with an estimate and I cannot see why would not use Flow Rite for this next job and any future job. They have been great throughout the whole process.
