"Carpet cleaning:: results not quite as good as expected. Techn. arrived 1/2 hr late. Dragged dirty/wet hose full length of the house. Some heavy furniture items are not moved, leaving uncleaned spots. No explanation of procedure before starting. Not sure exactly what was done. Paid by check, did not get a receipt. Tech was asked for est. drying time (6 hr). Carpet was left soaking wet and required 8+ hrs to dry with fans blowing and windows open. Wet carpet looked good but after drying, heavily traveled areas still visible. Dry carpet feels stiff to the touch. Owner/manager did not visit site or inspect job. Probably would have improved results from OK to VERY GOOD and Cost (higher than other telephone estimates ) might have been justified."

It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."
