"So, I didn't want to get a fence but my dog jumped the one i had. I reluctantly called 3 companies for estimates. The prices were all right around the same. But Kyle at Fence Pros Direct was willing to work with me. Accommodating not only a quick start date but coming out 2x's for an estimate as the job changed from the original plans. I can not say enough good things about this company! Kyle my sale rep was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, professional and honest. Jhon and his crew installed the fence in just a few hours on a SATURDAY!!! They were very friendly, very through and very clean. I am so happy with this fence. If your on the fence about hiring this company (pun intended) - please know i am a tough person when it comes to contractors, i hold them to high standards. Don't hesitate! you won't be disappointed. "George has provided handyman services at my home in the past. Early 2021, I hired Ocean State Property Services to do a kitchen renovation. It did not go as planned due to supply chain disruption and freight carrier delays that resulted in my cabinets arriving damaged from the manufacturer, this did not sit well with OSPS and they quit the job early. George and his team did a great job with the demolition, plumbing and industry connections (i.e. flooring, countertops, plastering). The downside was inefficient communication and negative attitude stemming from the contractor's frustration. In the end, George did not complete the job but left on amicable terms. I would hire George again for another job that had "less moving parts" to it. PS His helpers are fantastic!"
