"When the provide did start the job, he decided to redo the work he did the first time because he thought he could do a better job, which I thought was respectable at the time. Again, his incompetence resulted in more inconveniences to me. When the provider came back, there was no use of any sort of plastic barrier or closing the door (like the first time) to block the drywall dust from entering the entire rest of my basement to include all over my furniture, appliances, bathroom, and all the way up the stairwell into the second floor of my house. I have written the provider multiple times to ask what the plan is to clean up this unnecessary mess, with no reply. I even paid the provider $150.00 more to repaint the entire ceiling the same color and as a Christmas bonus. This is not a provider I would choose for this type of project again, due to the lack of experience specific to this issue and nor would I recommend this provider for any other project due to the carelessness and lack of communication skills. This complaint will also be forwarded to the Fort Moore, GA housing office to hopefully prevent other Soldiers and their families from dealing with the incompetence and carelessness of this provider."
