"Mid Texas Landscaping Pros did a wonderful job installing my artificial turf and creating stamped, acid-stained concrete steps. The quality of their work was excellent, and the final result came out great. I would definitely recommend them again"

"Most of the issues we had were communication issues which is why I gave professionalism a C. My husband, when quoted and agreed upon was told that the fence would be buried enough that and quot;a rat terrier would not be able to get under itand quot;. We expressed to them that the purpose of the fence was to keep our dogs in the yard and we didn't want them to be able to easily dig out. It took about a month before services were slated to start, which I expected so I really didn't have an issue with that, however I didn't receive a phone call to tell me exactly what day they would start until the day before (because they were able to start a few days early). Isreal and the contract crew they got to do the work were really easy to talk to and address concerns with. The issues started when I got home after work when they started putting the panels up, aprox 1/3 of the panels had been put up and I noticed space between the bottom of the fence and the ground in some place as much as 6 inches... not buried at all! I immediately contacted triple T and they sent Isreal out, I expressed my concerns and was then told that what they told my husband wasn't going to be true based on our terrain... which we should have been told to begin with, he did work with me as far as getting the footing but I still wound up being out an extra 3K that we had not anticipated... and it caused the crew to have to undo the work they had done that day. Also the panels that they took down were reused (they did put them on the side of the house between us and our neighbor instead of the street) and since they were reused there were holes in the panels... I was very understanding of the need to reuse the panels but requested that they seal the holes that were left so that the fence would not rust, I had to FIGHT with the guy in the office about getting this done, he told me they would not pay the guys to spend time to seal the holes and also told me if it rusted it would not be covered under warranty! He said that they already knocked off 1300 bucks from the footing and a covered a days worth of labor that had to be undone and that should be enough! I explained to him I was paying 14K for a fence and wanted it done right and covered under warranty and had we not been given misinformation to begin with there wouldn't be holes in the panel at all! The crew did a good job on the fence, they took a bit longer (even with the rework) than I had anticipated, but then again they usually did not show up at the house to work until after lunch with the exception of the last day. Only because the fence looks nice is why I am giving them a B. The contracted crew did a great job but the communication in the triple T office needs much improvement! Also if they tell you they will be there first thing in the morning and you work, expect them around 10, their day starts later than those of us with desk jobs.
"

"They absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. Our driveways are absolutely gorgeous. The staff were very easy to work with and were highlly professional. Harry Gallagher himself was on the job all day long over seeing what his team was doing. It wasn't one of those companies where the head contractor makes the deal and then sends a crew out to do it and you never see the head contractor again. They finished the job in one day, even though they worked approximately twelve hours. Harry and his crew were very courteous and sympathetic of our needs and desires and worked diligently with us to be sure it was a great job done to our satisfaction.

I did comparison shop before I selected Elite to do the job. I got three bids and I went with the contractor that I felt would do me the best job for my money, and I was not mistaken.

I am truly grateful to Harry Gallagher and Elite Asphalt for the fantastic job they did. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone that is looking for this kind of work to be done.

My perception of Mr. Gallagher is that he is a good christian man and an honest business man that will do you a good job.

One more time thank you Harry Gallagher and Elite Asphalt for a job way past well done.

Thanks, Pam Freeman"

"Three small ocotillos ($195) were refused as being greatly over-priced -- they were so very small that there was no need to pay anyone to plant them -- they could be done with a hand trowel. Two little apricot trees ($290) were also refused as being overpriced, and with careless bark damage.
I had hoped to do a much larger project: trellises with grapes, raised garden, additional shrubs, along with some removal of dead material after the cold winter, etc. His verbal estimates of some of the work were so high, that I found other people to do it, did it myself, or postponed it. He was not eager to please the customer. I was prepared to spend a substantial sum if I had found a responsive and knowledgeable provider. I was disappointed.
Mr. Korody may have been too busy to pay much attention to my project, I don't know. He seemed very professional when he first came to talk, but didn't follow through well. He seemed to have little knowledge of horticulture, and little feel for plant materials. His promotional photos featured hardscaping, but we didn't get that far in my project, so I can't speak to his skills in that area.
If we had had a productive working relationship, cost alone would not have deterred me from continuing with him. I felt he was unresponsive, perhaps even dismissive, and I was concerned about his lack of interest and knowledge regarding plant materials. If he hasn't completed the Master Gardener program, I would recommend it to him. I hesitated to do this review for some time, but I think it only fair to others to get it done.I'd like to put in a good word for the two young men who were actually doing the work. They were hard-working, pleasant, and concerned with doing a good job."
