Even though we had a language barrier, they were able to communicate with me and were very polite and friendly. My wife is completely thrilled with the finished project. I hired them, and again in a professional way, presented a contraction to sign Monday after a weekend. My complaints have more to do with Home Advisor. First, HA started asking for ratings even before any thing had had a chance to start. Second, this was the only contractor who actually showed up. The ones either didn't respond at all or didn't follow through to actually make a bid. One postponed three times before he stopped calling. Perhaps HA should have some sort of weekly check on the contractors' availability. My sense in this area is concrete contractors are very busy and find it hard to choose between being on HA's list or giving up business."
