Surfaces were power washed, all seams were caulked, some minor wood repair was done. Also, as we were getting new gutters, his team removed the old gutters. "They did a great job. I hired them to tape bed and texture and paint. They patched and painted a sheetrock ceiling. You can’t see the patch. They painted the garage. They came to look at the area’s prior to starting the work. That told me that they are a professional and dependable company. They came early the day they started. We had an issue with paint colors. Their scope of work was to paint the doors trim a different color than the walls. That was included in our agreement. He painted all of the doors and trim the same color as the walls. When I told the field crew about it they called the office team to check that out. I was right so they got to work on it. There wasn’t one complaint from them about the issue.
