The person who came up for air duct cleaning told me while leaving, he had cleaned filter, need not replace it for another 2months, but the very next day itself when I went checked lot of dust piled up onto filter."

"Two ladies came and they were right on time. I had put notes on the rooms they were to clean and listed specific tasks to do in each room. It was soon apparent that neither lady could read or speak much English. When we couldn't "talk" the older cleaner called her daughter to translate. It worked but I had expected to be able to converse with the housekeeper. It took 3 hours because only one woman could clean and she was "in training." The other had her arm in a sling due t o having had surgery. She was the supervisor. The actual cleaning was done mostly well. I gave a B because a few things were missed that I thought would be done like the bottom shelf on a table. A spray bottle of blue looking solution was left on my bed pillow.That was a surprise but fortunately, the bottle was upright so it didn't leak. on my bed covers. To be fair to Maria, I only gave her 3 days notice on this job and she had to rearrange some things to meet my request and for that I thank her very much!!!!"
