"I really had a poor moving experience. The final price was about three times more than what I was originally quoted. The movers did not come from the location that I called adding additional costs. There was some initial confusion about when the movers were set to arrive, adding unnecessary frustration. I thought the movers really took their time and lacked hustle. My 10 minute relocation took 6 1/2 hours ( moving from third floor to the third floor). At the end of the day they couldn?t reassemble my bed. I still have furniture that?s wrapped in moving material. I also have some furniture that was reassembled incorrectly. The movers did what they could, but could?ve been more communicative and could?ve benefited from more training & support. "
