He did pour the concrete (actually his helper did all of the work), but didn't remove the forms...he wanted to leave them in because he couldn't get them out. My son removed them. After I told him multiple times not to leave the gate open because my dogs would run away...he continually left the gate open. I put my pups in daycare on a day they were suppose to work, but he never showed, so I spent money needlessly. I had to continually tell him exactly what we wanted, because I don't think he understood....Price was reasonable, but communication is key to customers, and he totally failed in that department. I would steer clear of this company."
