After I called, and stated my problem and told them we needed to leave by a certain time for an apt., the actual exterminator called and told me the time he would be at or home. He was on time, and very polite and professional. Explained what he was going to do, charged us the price I was quoted on the phone, which was less than half of other exterminators in the area I had called. They take credit cards! He then got rid of the wasp nest and treated, the area, came back inside and gave us a list of the chemicals (ps he had asked first if we had cats or dogs,etc.).
