"Paul came on time with his son to fix our old dry laid stone wall that had been damaged by a car. He was very professional, pleasant and friendly. His fee to fix the wall was well below what he estimated because it did not take him as long to do the repairs. We were very pleased with the work they did and would recommend them."

"Blue Costa Landscape & Construction, LLC installed a concete border around a storage area and build a draining system in the backyard. We had an idea of what we wanted, but they had some good recommendations which significantly enhanced the overall project we had in mind."

"I was given an estimate to have my deck repaired. The first contract stated deck removal and wood clean up. So I asked for a more detailed letter. Which read replace all rotten wood under lower deck, replace rotted wood under stairs, place new footing and supports, replace all rails to required hight. Also replace siding where upper deck was removed, sand blast existing deck and paint. He asked for two payments withing 2 days. No permit was pulled the city told he needed one. When he did he pulled under my name not the companies, and said no structural repairs. He's upset with me over this and walked off the job. He says he does siding. We'll My house only has nails where he replaced the siding. He poured new footing on top of old ones. Hence not my fault he did it wrong. He's trying to account for the mo ey he has so he doesnt have to give it back. This is the work that was done.. And the stairs, the city said are unsafe as to not being level. All in want is the job done right"

FAQs for concrete flatwork repair & resurface projects in Milford, MA

When evaluating whether patching can address your concrete blemishes, it’s important to assess the extent of the damage. Minor issues such as small cracks or chipped areas may be effectively repaired with patching techniques that restore the surface’s appearance. However, if you notice widespread deterioration, significant cracks, or structural weakening, resurfacing is recommended as a more durable, long‑term solution. A thorough evaluation by a concrete specialist can help determine the best course of action for restoring your concrete to its optimal condition.

The optimal time to resurface your concrete driveway is late spring. This period benefits from warm temperatures and softened ground conditions following winter’s freeze‑thaw cycles, ensuring that the new overlay bonds securely and matures to a durable finish. Resurfacing at this time also enhances your property's safety and curb appeal. Engage a concrete professional to schedule your project during this ideal season.
