"Doug and Larry did a great job removing the old pieces and replacing them with new. The old parts were hauled away for disposal. They were very punctual, friendly, and professional. The yard and fence looked great when they were done. Highly recommend this crew. With rainy May weather it took about 2.5 days. Pioneer will not be the lowest price, however, the quality of their materials (beefier) and installation technique (gravel vs concrete) justify the price. We paid half up front and the rest upon completion. The office staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Be prepared to wait 6-8 weeks between approving the job and getting the work done due to demand. We used to repair the fence ourselves until too much failed at the same time and we got old. We won't DIY fences anymore. We'd use Pioneer again."

They cleaned up each night and took away all materials from the job. No nails or stray lumber in the yard and not other refuse to remove. They took pride in their work and were very good at communication and updates for any weather or material delays. I would not hesitate to use them again for any work.
