"Great experience with Window Factory. They were really friendly and patient going through all the options with us. We were pleasantly surprised with the price and when it turned out they had made a mistake in the addition, they stood by the original lower estimate.  <br /> The ordering, measuring, and installation process went very smoothly. They brought 6-8 guys out to install and everyone was very polite and respectful. They got the work done in half a day when I thought it was going to be a full day. They reinstalled the brackets for my blinds without me having to ask. The windows look great and the installers left the house and yard clean and tidy. Couldn't be happier with my new windows and so glad we hired Window Factory. <br />"

Thanks to the crew of Porfirio, Francisco, Luis H., and Enrique, the installation was completed without any issues and the windows and house look great."
