"Rick Bonds and his crew were excellent. Rick made suggestions for a landscape design but listened to our requests and implemented exactly what we wanted. He brought plenty of help and the entire crew was friendly and worked very hard. They had all the right equipment needed to tear out our old landscaping and take it away. Rick is very kind and patient and very knowledgeable and willing to share as much information as we asked for about the plants. Scapes Management is a wonderful company to work with and we highly recommend them."

"Soon after we bought our house we discovered that the back yard became a swamp for many days after a heavy rain.  The house was suffering water damage near the foundation and everything was just a mess.  I called Bobby and he came over the same day.  He listened to me as I explained the problem to him and came up with the solution of installing french drains.  This was on a Friday and Bobby started the job the following Monday morning.  I can't say enough about his crew; they worked so hard for three days, even during a very heavy rain.  Now our yard drains properly and we can start to repair some of the areas that were water damaged in the past.  I will certainly hire Bobby and his crew again. <br />"

"They quoted $900. The estimator was exceptionally professional and very helpful. He was actually our first choice to get the work done even though he was more expensive than a lot of the other ones. However, we didn’t use his services to get the work done because he wasn’t able to get to us for several weeks. We wanted to have the bathroom done since I was eight months pregnant then and we wanted to complete the job before the baby was born. It was very unfortunate because he was by far the most professional person that we talked to. If need be, then we would use his services again."

"The work was great. They could not meet original install date due to weather and back log of jobs. Had to call the office several times to see when they might be able to schedule the job, said they would try to work me in before I was to go on vacation, which they did. <br /> The only issue I have with this job was that the work crew showed up one afternoon with no advanced notice, lucky I was at home because no one from the office told me they were to be there, no notice at all.  <br /> The driveway looks great! <br />"

"They did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! Very professional, the quality of the work is second to none. They took their time and were meticulous every step of the way. They cleaned up the area spotless when they were done. Rusty called us after 2 days and made sure we were 100% satisfied and set an appointment to come back, so HE could look the job over and address any concerns we have, or if any part of the job was not to their standards, they would replace it at no charge to us.Their big concern was that we were 100% satisfied. I would recommend CURB IT to everyone, they are a 1st class company."

"Carl and his crew did an excellent job on the irrigation system install. They were very timely, answered all my questions, and never hesitated to make adjustments when asked. Even during 90+ degree days his crew worked hard and never complained. The system is operating perfectly. I highly recommend their services! <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for patios, walks & steps installation projects in Millbrook, AL

To calculate your paver needs:

  • Determine how many pavers cover a square foot.

  • Determine how many square feet you need.

  • Add an additional 10% to 20% for breakage and waste.

  • Consider your pavers’ sizes.

Or, you can hire a local pro who you know will get the right measurements the first time. This way, you get your weekend back instead of spending it measuring square footage.

A pallet of pavers costs $300 to $700 on average, and each pallet covers 56 square feet. The exact price depends on the type, size, and quantity of pavers you choose. Buying in bulk can sometimes offer additional savings, especially for larger projects. Ask your pro how you can save on material costs.

To get the best prices on pavers:

  • Hire a professional landscaper: Pros often receive discounts on materials, which can make hiring them more cost-effective overall.

  • Shop at local building supply stores: Check for overstock or bulk purchase deals. Bulk purchasing can be more costly up front but save you money in the long run.

  • Buy directly from manufacturers: Purchasing from a local brickyard or paver factory can offer competitive prices, especially for large quantities.

The main difference between driveway pavers and patio pavers is their load-bearing capacity. Driveway pavers are designed to withstand the weight of vehicles, whereas patio pavers aren’t suitable for such heavy loads. You can use driveway pavers for a patio, but using patio pavers for a driveway could lead to damage. Always check the weight limits of pavers and consult with a professional installer to choose the right type for your project.

Paver patios cost more than concrete patios because the materials and installation methods require advanced techniques and skilled labor. They deliver enhanced aesthetic appeal and allow for easier small‑scale repairs without affecting property taxes. The higher expense arises from premium paver materials and intricate installation processes that deliver long‑lasting durability and design flexibility. This robust solution provides notable benefits over concrete alternatives, making it a valuable investment for homeowners.
