Not only did they take the job, but Cynthia spent the next day trying to help me find the very hard to find parts I needed during the storm. She really went above and beyond for a customer she has never met and has never worked with before. Once I had everything I needed, they were at my house within a couple of hours and had me set up and power back on in my house. The work was done quickly and professional and the price was great. "OK. Did not inspect the electrical outlets..also did not go into the electrical panel; checked all smoke alarms, ac/heater. Provided a list of minor things to repair. It was OK for the price. Provided an estimate for few minor things - which was I thought lot more than market price (quotes such as $99 each for a smoke/CO alarm) and said office will follow up if I wanted it done. They never followed up.

"This went fine.  I got their name from someone who used them for the same job.  They are personable and efficient.  I think they are also a family business.  In addition to the generator which I never really got to use, they recommend servicing yearly for about $150.  I did not want to be without power for many days as we were in the northeast several years ago.  I also did not want to handle a portable generator and the gas.  If I had any complaint at all, it was that it was difficult to reach them to do small jobs.  I would use them again and felt comfortable having them in my home.
