"Chris' crew was very professional and they arrived on time, removed the old driveway, and poured the new one without a problem (including putting in a drain). The new cement looks great and hopefully will last for a long, long, time! We were kept informed through the whole process. "It went smoothly exactly as Paul described the job. His crew installed a sump pump and ensured in drained to the curb. The crew replaced the drain run to the curb and dug around the existing bushes. The crew also connected the the roof downspout to the run to the curb.The crew installed a perforated pipe in a trench which created a floating basement floor on 3 sides of the basement. (the 4th wall was not necessary since was an interior wall.) They concreted over the pipe with a gap to the wall. they repaired and painted the basement walls."

"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. This was done without needing to cut a hole in my floor. The results were immediate and my floor looks and feels wonderful. I immediately noticed the stability. "Utmost Renovations was definitely a pleasurable experience. Mark, Van, and their entire team was professional and always available to answer any questions. We are very pleased with the outcome of each project which included a new sidewalk, a brick retaining wall, repointing the original bricks on the house, exterior chimney repairs, new concrete front step, and resolved a concern regarding our garage apron. My husband and I appreciated each team member and a special thanks to Van. Van is a very valuable asset and is very knowledgeable. He was very thorough with explaining the process for each project. "PERFECT!!! It was a 2 day project. Luis and Dave and their crew were prompt, professional, very protective of my yard and my neighbors as they dug and sealed and poured to complete the project. Their attention to detail was superior. My yard doesn't even look like they were here for 2 days with all their equipment and crew except that there's straw on the lawn. I would definitely hire them again but I doubt I would need any future waterproofing - they are so thorough!!!"

"Crew was excellent, professional and responsive. New block, excavation and replacement with steel reinforcements was also excellent. Issues related to finish and tie-in work that were not of the same quality as the 2003 replacement of the side foundation by the Company. Blue board gap shows at soil foundation to house brick level (response - Company’s prior sub did faux brick gap finish on his own! Only now sole water leak is at joinder of Company’s new foundation to old - response: you should pay for water proofing! Caution: Be aware, contract and watch the finish work of the project!"

"I have been through this before where you have a rather small job involving concrete. The job is too much to mix by hand but getting a contractor to bid on it is near impossible because the money for them is in driveways and big jobs. I tried last fall without success and in the mean time found out that 2 of my neighbors needed similar work: one driveway apron replaced and one service sidewalk (like mine) replaced. I thought that with 3 smaller jobs we would be able to get someone to bid on it. I contacted 4 contractors from Angie's List and got 2 of them to respond. Tom Haning told me when he would come to look at the jobs, showed up on time and gave me a written quote for each of the 3 jobs before he left. The other contractor was late showing up, gave me verbal quotes at the time and when I asked for written ones, he never responded. The email address on his company website was also invalid. One of the neighbors decided she wanted something different from the original quote and Tom responded and re-quoted her job. We all decided to have the work done and notified Mr. Haning. Since I was going to be out of town for a couple of weeks, we tentatively scheduled for after Memorial Day. Tom contacted us on Memorial Day and said that he would be out the next day at 7am. He showed up at 6:45 and with his crew, formed, hand dug and prepped my sidewalk area. He also prepped the other 2 jobs and then the following day at 8am, the concrete truck arrived and they poured all 3 jobs, finished the concrete and even pulled the forms by the end of the day. Since one of the jobs involved a driveway apron which requires a better concrete mix, the other neighbor and myself benefited as well on our sidewalks. Tom and his crew are very professional and cleaned up the area and the street. Although I don't anticipate any further concrete work, I would not hesitate contacting T.W. Haning Concrete again in the future.  <br />"
