"I have used Lance several times in the past, they are always do what they say they will do and do it in a timely manner.  Whenever I have work that needs to be done on my houses, I always call Lance Roofing and recommend them to family and friends.  And no, I am not related to any of them :)

"We were completely satisfied with the work and employees from Integrity. Integrity was the 3rd company out at our house to assess how water was getting in after heavy rains. They were the only company to figure out and solve the problem. Other companies wanted to put a completely new roof on when ultimately, that would not have solved the problem. Integrity followed up after the next heavy rain to see if what they had repaired actually worked."

"Great experience! Atlas was easy to work with and did the job quickly and efficiently. The roof looks excellent. They also rebuilt a chimney and it also looks great."

"Almost all the work was done by Jason Dunham who managed to squeeze us in on short notice.  He was very helpful and obviously knows what he's doing.   He had to replace part of the rubber roof and patch and paint the corner where the roof had leaked and rotted the wood on our patio overhang.  To make it possible for us to see what was going on with the actual roof, he took photos with his smart phone, showing us the before and after of each step along the way.
He figured out a way to repair the rotting corner without delaying the repairs for weeks by ordering the same kind of wood (redwood is hard to find).  I supplied some paint, and he spent a lot of time on the last day sanding and painting the affected area.  He even sprayed ant killer on it when he spotted a large ant.
Basically, Jason went above and beyond to make this repair.  It looks brand new.

"I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Our house is only ten years old and we have an extremely large roof facing north. Every time I pulled into our drive I saw all of the darker streaks on the roof and it really bothered me. I had to leave shortly after they arrived. And when I came home... what a pleasant surprise! Also they said they would arrive between 10:00 am and noon. They were here at 10:00 am That very rarely happens. Can't,say enough good things, about them."

"We had a door hinge snap off and needed a new part to connect the door to the hinge. William was super helpful - not only was the job free as it was such a small part to replace, he recommended some things we could do for both doors to improve the quality. Later on in the day, I had some issues getting the door to go down, and again William came back and helped out. For local garage repair, it's the best service you can ask for!"

"These guys are great. They tiled my shower and screened porch. Both turned out amazing!"

"We were very pleased with the project. The project had some difficult aspects due to a botched previous attempt by another contractor. Hunter built a very solid, beautiful deck that will last forever. Little details were given close attention. They were not afraid of working well into the evening and had the deck and two sets of stairs done in under 3 weeks. I would definitely hire them again."
