"I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom, so we had to open the bathroom wall and the ceiling to fix the leak. BLI came out and did a phenomenal job fixing the sheet rock. The job was seamless, quick and very clean. We were worried about the dust being everywhere. They made the ceiling and wall look like new with minimal dust. Then he spent a good amount of time on his hands and knees cleaning after. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends."

"Javier and his helper Armando were very pleasant and easy to work with when painting the railings in the front and rear of my house, and I would definitely hire them again for future work. I am a retired engineer and quite particular, so I notice things like spots missed and paint drips. Javier was good about responding to my concerns and I appreciated the ease at which we were able to address issues. One thing I was surprised about was that Javier did not automatically use a power washer to clean the railings before painting the rear railings, though he did prepare them well for painting. When I asked about this, he did use the machine the next day on the front railings without any issue (easy to work with)."
