He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. "It didn’t go well. They are nice guys, but communication is poor. On any given day, we didn’t know when they were going to show up. Their first attempt (formed concrete) at the repair wasn’t to their liking aesthetically, so they put a layer of brick over it. In the end, it looks ok, but there was a film left on it due to not cleaning the filler off the top of the bricks. It’s about a year later now and the film is still there. (Note that the amount I paid below is just a guess. I don’t remember exactly what it was."
