"The pull-down kitchen faucet hose located underneath the sink had detached from the faucet. I called David Wilson at Odd Job Willieâ s and Mr. Wilson routed my service request to Allan, â The Plumber.â The Plumber contacted me the same day and completed the repair the following day. The Plumber was very pleasant, courteous and professional. As he worked the issue, he explained the steps required to resolve the problem. Within 5 minutes, The Plumber had the hose reattached to the faucet and as he was leaving, he informed me there was no charge for is service â that it was his â good deed for the day.â Today, this type of customer service is very rare. Odd Job Willieâ s is a first-class business, which I will be contacting again for several home projects I am planning to complete in the near future."
