"I believe I have been speaking with the owner of the company, but I am not sure. I purchased the promotional service coupon through Angie's List (who doesn't appreciate a good deal right?) It took us a bit to get the times and mowing schedule worked out. There was a slight glitch at first; they offered a bit of compensation for it and I made a suggestion that I thought we both could agree with. I have suffered a severe leg injury and have done a very poor job of upkeep on the flowerbeds and backyard (ashamed to admit.) The crew came today to do the lawn work and boy did they have a task ahead of them. I did not get to meet the people who mowed my lawn, but I am so very pleased with the work that was done. I have had two previous lawn services since I have moved into my home who have not had any of the work the guys dealt with today and these guys are by far THE BEST. I am sure I was not their favorite person at the end of the first mow today! I have received nothing but great customer service through our communication and the job that was performed. I can not wait to see how my yard looks after a couple of good TLC treatments. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for lawn service. You have just gained a long time customer!! "Great, showed up on time and went to work, no monkeying around. Removed the old roof and installed the new roof in less than two days. We even had a big rain storm the night of the first day and didn't have any leaks. The clean up on both days was outstanding----the entire job went GREAT from start to finish.
