"We woke up one morning and stepped out of bed only to place our feet on wet carpet. Upon further investigation we discovered our sump pump had failed and due to the previous day and nights heavy rain fall our basement had flooded. Master Clean was recommended to us by our insurance company because they had felt with them many times in the past and Master Clean had a solid reputation of being honest and fair. Shawne with Master Clean arrived at our house with a case dully of fascinating instruments that he used to determine the scope of the damage. He used infrared cameras to determine how high up our walls the moisture had travel, needle type pins to determine how wet everything was, and a probe to map out the moisture on the floor, the whole inspection was impressive. Shawne was thorough and accurate and made sure he didn't over look anything, which made us very confident that we were in the hands of a qualified professional. After completing the inspection Shawne's crew, Cody, Tim, and Jesse began working to remove the water, elevate our furniture to avoid it from getting any wetter, and moving our contents to avoid them from being damaged, all while Shawne descriptively explained the process and what to expect as far as recovering from this catastrophe. After the water was removed the crew began bringing in drying equipment that was gonna dry out all the wet material, they were very courteous and cautious of our belongings and of our home. Once the equipment was running Shawne took more moisture measurements and documented the entire process, he even took pictures for my insurance company! Shawne returned to our house the next day, and for four days after that, to monitor the progress of the drying process until it was back to normal. They even came back and cleaned our carpeting for free to complete the job! Big thanks to Master Clean and a special thanks to Shawne, without you guys we probably would have been another unhappy cutover of some other company! <br />"
