"We wanted a landscaping that would be the talk of the town and guess what - THAT IS WHAT WE GOT and oh without breaking the bank!! We have received a lot of compliments. Craig understood our needs and came up with a design that complimented our house. Craig is very knowledgeable and has an innate passion for what he does. The large crew was very professional, accommodating and were quick moving and fast working. This enabled the project to be done in a timely manner and NOT be a drag. He moved a couple of trees around for us until we found the best spot for them. The job included hardscaping, softscaping, groundwork, landscape lighting. For a lot of these sub pieces of work, the prices were pretty competitive in comparison to a couple of other landscapers we had initially asked for quotes. The landscape lighting came out extremely well as well as the front walkway leading up to the main door including the natural stone seating on either side. The choice of plants, shrubs, trees, etc gives a green look through the different seasons of the year and does not go completely barren during the long cold winter which is nice. Additionally, there is color throughout the flowering season from early spring to fall. Whenever we discussed with him about a tree we would want and show him a picture, he would add his experience and expertise to it and the result was a product of what we wanted and what would naturally look good. We soon got used to each other's style of working and there was no looking back ;)... Overall our experience with Craig has been wonderful and we are very happy with the finished product and with our decision to hire him and his company for our landscaping needs."

"An amazing experience for my landscape lighting. From sales to scheduling to installation... All around a terrific experience and one that we’ve become used to with Tanzer. In the past, they've installed and modified our irrigation to perfection as well. The installers didn’t make a complete mess of the property, especially when they were digging the trenches. The sod was put back nicely, which is a HUGE deal for me. And they took their shoes off to go into the basement after working in mulch, grass and dirt. If you're looking for a landscape lighting and/or irrigation professional, they're the BEST!"

e were tripped. I switched each of them on and off to make sure that all were OK. I called various Angies List electricians that were local to me and listed emergency service as one of their features. One did call back but would not come out until the next day and another did not call back until the following day. I suspected either a loose wire or a bad breaker and was worried about going to sleep with a potential fire hazard.

I noticed a new name on Angies List in a town not far from my home, Bold Electric. They listed an emergency number in their listing.

When I called the number they picked up and I explained the situation and my concern about a potential fire hazard. The person who picked up the phone was the owners father and he called his son right away. He called me back immediately and informed me that both he and his son would be right over for an emergency call.

They soon showed up and determined that the circuit breakers were all OK and proceeded to

trace the circuit that was out. Very quickly they found a loose wire in an outlet box that was causing the outage. They repaired the loose wire and recommended that I have the other outlets in the house checked due to the age of the home.

The service was prompt, professional and effective. I am sure they did not want to come out on New Years Day but they lived up to their word about emergency service.

I am thoroughly pleased with Bold Electric and would definitely recommend them. I will certainly use them in the future.

"After meeting with a number of other contractors for our project, we decided to hire MD Construction. We hired MD Construction to replace the failing retaining wall in our driveway as well as installing steps to a paved pathway that leads to our yard. We met with Miguel (the owner of the MD Construction) and he is very knowledgeable with the process and materials involved. They gave us a great price and provided us with a copy of their insurance and NJ contractor’s license. When they started the work, we had very bad rainstorms the entire week, which made their job even harder. However, they were diligent and professional throughout the process and completed the project on time and within budget. The wall looks great and is an appealing improvement to the home. We will be using them again to replace our patio in our backyard."

"John and crew ran Two new circuits to accomplish ground issues that were incorrectly diagnosed by other contractors. Thia was labor intensive as it would be in an old house to run wire where issues are not apparent on the surface. Johns crew of 2 men and himself surveyed the projects sections and deployed the talent and experience accordingly. Installation of lines to support a laundry room and installation of a standby transfer switch for a portable emergency generator with recessed lighting installed were accomplished individually while the entire crew combined efforts in the rewiring of 2 major circuits. Additionally John was receptive to "extras" that I thought of during the job. I was very impressed in the inclusion and reasonable cost adjustment. I now have an answer to any electrical issues that need attention. John and his crew were skilled and reliable in every context. It was a pleasure.
