John answered the phone when I called and was here the next day, The price he gave was reasonable so I gave him a deposit Thursday and they were here Monday morning to do the work, This is a family company and with their attention to service and clearly communicating with me the customer I would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact next week they are sealing my next door neighbors driveway. My other next door neighbor as well as a neighbor a few doors down are looking at full replacements for their old broken up macadam driveways. One wants to wait until spring and the other is ready to give a deposit, I have managed several properties and buildings and dealt with many different contractors. "The website does not allow me to specify the work completed. I experienced one of the nightmares of home ownership… a leaky roof. John arrived at my home after 8PM as an emergency call. He tarped the area of leakage and returned with his sizable crew at 8AM the next morning. Upon inspection of my home, it was discovered that the chimney was cracked and pulling away due to water leakage. There was also evidence of some water damage inside. Top Rank replaced the roof and chimney. They removed the vinyl siding and everything that was hiding behind it,down to the sheathing. New plywood, Tyvek, and leveling board were placed, and my siding was reattached. I am very appreciative to have found Top Rank Renovations. The guys did all the demo and removal. We replaced it with a beautiful paver patio with a fire pit and walkway to our daughter's dance studio.
