"The carpets look great. I am really pleased. The house was left with a nice fresh smell. I rated a B on responsiveness and punctuality because the cleaning was scheduled a month in advance and the day before the cleaning they rescheduled the cleaning to another day. Then the serviceman came 1 to 2 hours earlier than scheduled. Since we were not living in the house, we had to scramble to get out to the house to meet the serviceman and give him access. Overall I am very pleased with the result and will hire them again the next time I need carpets or tile cleaned. The price was a bargain for the amount of carpet cleaned and the result."

Mat and Jay worked hard. They could not remove one of the blowers for cleaning, due to design with coil in the way, but they did what they could in place. They got to that plenum through the side."
