"There were a of communication (or lack of on the part of the company) and scheduling issues. When the workers arrived they finished the project, but told me they didn’t have a truck to haul away the rubble. I was too tired to argue, so it was left for me to shovel and rake. Later, I noticed that the workers cut expansion joints but did not cut up to the house because they didn’t have the correct tool, so they just left it. I had to call for them to come back and finish it. They also chipped part of the concrete. When I pointed it out, I was told to just fill it with sealant, and it would be alright. The concrete slab is good, but I wouldn’t really recommend them. Too much hassle."

Clayton Bechard owner clearly communicated when his team would be at my house, what they would be doing and if there were any delays (i.e. weather) I was notified by his office staff. I was very clear that I wanted the floor and liner installation done properly with no short cuts. That is exactly what I got. The price review is marked N/A as I did not obtain multiple bids for the service. Goin Swimmin came highly recommended by another company to do my work and I went with that recommendation. I believe that I received quality service from experienced professionals. As a result, I am comfortable with the amount paid. Whether or not I could have saved a few dollars elsewhere was not relevant to me as quality and performance were most important. <br />"
