He advices a better alternative to solve my electrical outlet needs. Tim was very responsive with addressing all of the questions I asked via text leading up to the install day. Over the last couple of years I’ve had electrical work done by three other electricians two of which were good. Overall the level of service Tim provided was above and beyond."

"When I called, because we were looking into a new furnace and air conditioner, Cardinal sent Rick out to check things out in our basement and outside. My husband wasn't here the first trip out so Rick came back to explain what our options were to both my husband and myself. He explained what qualified for tax credits and rebates and then any add ons for heating and cooling. He explained what a heat pump was and how it worked. Then he shared his experience with the product. It was so nice, he came over on a holiday weekend, never pressured us, or was impatient, just a down to earth guy who really wanted to give us the most information to make sure Cardinal would meet all of our needs. They definitely did. Two days later their installation crew arrived bright and early and were done by early afternoon. The house felt different immediately with the in home humidifier and April aire system installed. What a difference! Thank you Cardinal for that wonderful two fur deal!"

After many, many phone calls Double U called me back and came out same day to inspect damage and determine exactly what they would need to repair the job. The company (Josh) kept in touch with me as we had to wait for the utility company to show up. Double U got everything fixed and even the utility company was very happy the way the work was done so that they could easily hook me up with power again. "The electrician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did an electrical panel upgrade in our house that required a second panel. He also upgraded electrical outlets and plugs for us that were older and needed to be replaced. We had a new plug installed for our electric dryer. We have already been in touch with them to install a new generator we just got and update the rest of the outlets in our home. He kept the work area clean and cleaned up after he was finished. Great work! We are very satisfied."

I liked his strategic planning of where each recessed light would be placed, assuring to have light exactly where it would be needed and placed for looks aswell. It came out really lovely. He also rewired our electrical box when all the wiring was found in the soffit we had removed. The wiring was to short to get into the wall and he made it happen so we could drywall. I definitely recommend Desmond for any electrical project you might have or want done."

"Randy was not only a knowledgeable and competent electrician, but an honest and ethically person. Our A/C and furnace appear to have no power. The main panel was looking pretty rough. Randy came by on a Sunday to take a look and quote a replacement. He inspected the system and concluded that it was working properly with cosmetic issues. He could have been dishonest, he wasn’t. He could have left, he didn’t. He moved on to the furnace and discovered a bad fuse, replaced the switch. It worked, but not the A/C. He could have left, but he didn’t. He went outside and tested the fuses and box, good. He unscrewed the cover on the unit and as he went to pull the cover the fan came on. What! An electrician with magical powers? One who can will dead appliances to life? A super hero? Maybe, but there was also a loose wire. Bottom line, Randy saved us a significant amount of money. Grateful for his service."
