"Rich was excellent to work with. He repaired siding for us, put on new siding from where our deck had been removed, replaced rotting wood around window sills, replaced panels, and took care of all exterior work that needed to be done on our home. He provided a detailed estimate, great communication, punctual, top quality work, and great customer service. I highly recommend him."

"Extremely high price quote compare to other professional fence companies."

"VA Dream Home Services has been an excellent vendor. They responded promptly to my request for a quote and immediately sent an appraisal team. My project was complicated by the fact that a ceiling needed to be removed, plumbing fixed and then the ceiling replaced. The team was very flexible in working around my plumber. Additionally, our home is older and has a textured ceiling throughout, which we wanted to maintain. VA Dream had no issues matching the repair to the rest of the house. They did such a good job, we immediately had them do a drywall replacement for a newly installed walk-in shower. Excellent work, done efficiently by nice people. Very happy."

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"Great family team who installed wood fence quickly and neatly. I asked for, and they provided, a couple of extra horizontal "rails", which I later used to add where my dog dug."

"I am a contractor myself, being so backed up and not being able to find anyone who wants to work I reached out to these guys, they came out same day and gave a price that blew me away, I decided to give them the job hoping they would live up to my standards and to my surprise they did. These guys showed up as promised and gave me an outstanding fence install, all great guys that worked great together to get the job done and might I mention very polite and professional. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone and believe me when I say I will never touch another fence again, Garrett and his crew will be installing every fence I sell from here on out Thank you all for a great job and look forward to doing more business with you in the future."
