They handle both our quarterly pest control and our lawn care (fertilization/weed treatment every other month, annual aeration and re-seeding). John is very thorough -- he is happy to look over any areas of concern with me and answers any questions I have. He's been handling our pest control for two years now, and there have been a couple times we spotted bugs in the house (to be expected based on where we live), and he came back out to re-treat, no questions asked, no charge for the visit. "I have been using their services since 1999.  They service technician is very knowledgeable and always lets me know when he arrives.  Usually, he doesn't come inside, but he sprays around the the outside of the house and dusts off the spider webs that are around the windows.  We had an ant problem a few years ago and they brought an etymologist (bug specialist) to our house to figure out why we couldn't get rid of them.  They put bait outside to kill the colonies.  It took some time and lots of dead ants inside our house, but they are not a problem any more.  <br /> I would not recommend Northwest for termite control as I had a bad experience when we brought them out to do an estimate for that.  They did not see the termite tunnels on our garage walls that another company spotted, and they were charging more money even though I have been a long time customer. <br />"

"The technician (Rick) came on scheduled day, first brought my garbage can up to the garage for me. We discussed what treatment he was going to apply in order to get rid of the ants and that he was also going to spray for mosquito. He let me know that he will come back next week to check on the ant problem I've been having. "Work for poison ivy was very punctual, and he met me on the weekend, since that is the only time I'm in the mountains. He was accommodating for my schedule, and the poison ivy was no longer a problem. It was getting on my dogs, and then onto me, so I knew the problem was solved when it stopped getting on me. There was a delay in getting the deck built just because he was backed up with work over the summer, but he told me that right up front. He then contacted me when he had time coming available, and the work was done exactly when he said it would be, and right on budget."
