"The first summer went well. They were timely and my lawn did well. Last summer (2018) I pre-paid 5 treatments. I had to call in the middle to end of June to see if they were coming to begin the first treatment (by this time any pre-emergent treatment was way past due and my lawn was a mess). I had to call them again for a second treatment and also asked for some consultation as my lawn was looking the worst it had ever looked. The representative who came out was not at all interested in listening to me and just kept saying "well you have that tree there..." and etc. and did not offer any suggestions for a quickly disappearing and weed infested back yard lawn. At the end of last season I had more dirt than grass in my back yard and asked them to come out again. They said they would but never did. When I spoke to people in their office they kept telling me that they were sorry but that they were short of staff and etc. I would never hire these people again and am now left with a dirt yard and wondering what to do."

"Terrible. Paid in advance. They cashed the check, haven't shown up yet and I have weeds everywhere. Hired them after having surgery that prevents me from lifting and fertilizing. In past always did it on my own. Looked for help, but got screwed! Read the reviews on Google, Better business bureau, and elsewhere. I did not do this but wish I had. My advice is hire a local, non franchise lawn company. Steer clear of True Green!"

He is knowledgeable in knowing which plants, trees, and shrubs thrive in specific areas in any space considering shade and soil type. The border pavers and mulch that he suggested look beautiful! He and his team were timely and efficient, even in the summer heat. I appreciated the follow-up call to check on the plants and shrubs. He has been in the landscaping business for over 30 years. He is the expert to trust."
