I guess wouldn't have mattered much as the aeration holes were not more than a half to 3/4" deep - what a waste of money. I called post visit as they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee - I guess that is false advertising. They said the person who did yard thought the thatch cut into how deep holes went. Must be strongest, thickest thatch on earth. And weird was 100% uniform hole depth in yard - doubt whole yard was thatch. Such a waste of money and now can't do again until next fall. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They obviously pass out big discounts to aerate and do a brutal job - guy was here for 20 minutes. What a joke."
