"These guys were super busy but they told me that up front so I was not surprised when I got pushed back a couple weeks. They did come out and put a tarp on when I explained I had an active leak and the price for the job was very good. Clean up was good, not perfect but very acceptable, If I have roof problems again they will be at the top of my list!"

"After being on their work list for about 10 weeks, we finally got an appointment date. Workmen showed up 2 hours late, but they had an emergency repair in Laurel and I was notified by phone. Work completed in 1 day. We are happy with the work so far, it hasn't rained since gutters were installed so can't report on that right now. <br />"

"Working with Anthony was a great experience. He was prompt, friendly, and very meticulous with his work. He and Tyler put on our metal roof and snow guards. There were some tricky angles, but he figured them out with no problem and it looks great. We asked him if he would also put Versetta stone on portions of the house. He was agreeable with that though it wasn't part of the initial job. After the stone was laid, he then did the siding. We are beyond pleased. He was very neat and cleaned the area every day. We enjoyed getting to know him and would recommend him for any siding or roofing job you need. If we have another project, he will be the first one we call."

"Mike Hagen (and all of his crew) are hands down the BEST contractors to work with. Mike is such a down to earth guy, and was so accommodating to build our house the way we wanted it! Even after the house was finished, he has been so responsive in coming to help us figure out the quirks of it all. I HIGHLY recommend him! The next home we build will definitely be a Hagen Construction house!"

"Ernie Haas provided a very thorough examination of our roof which enabled us (after much back and forth with our roofer (DCF Contracting)) to ensure that all necessary and required repairs were made to our roof. Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed."

"This was for new membrane and composition roofing from hail damage. Rhino Roofing roofed approximately 10 homes in the neighborhood.. I believe we were the last job. I also believe his crew was getting pretty tired. Very professional up front. Explained how meticulous the company was on the job. We were gone during most of our roofing project, approximately 6 days. They were almost done when we returned. A little of the roof was left to do and they were just starting the ridgeline and hips. Our home's roof had a "decorative" architectural touch to the hips. It didn't appear this was going to be replicated. I talked to the company owner about how the roof would look when it was done, mentioning the added height on the hip shingles and he assured me the roof would look exactly like before. I saw before they were done the roof was not going to look like it did before. I called the owner. He told me he wasn't certain that shingle was made anymore, he could do the raised look but he would charge me more than the original bid. I later found out that it was no special product, it was ridge ventilation material. The same they had used on our ridgeline. He apologized but did not offer to make the roof appear as it did before even though he had previously assured me it would. After the job I found what looked like asphalt scrapes and marks on the siding of our home. Also saw one of our gutters was sagging and damaged. Very obvious since it was on our driveway side. He sent one of his men out and he was able to repair the gutter to where it had little appearance it was damage. There had been a crew out earlier that morning to clean some of the gutters they had missed, I had to call on that but I think the damage was done during tear off. The next day I was looking at the roof again. I found several areas where the siding had been pulled out, probably to put new flashing on, but not put back in place. I took care of this. Took me about half a day. Roof looks good. Just hope it performs well. Pretty disappointed all in all. I was lied to. Doesn't set well with me."

"We were way overdue to replace our over 30 year old roof. We met Cameron, of Summit Roofing, at the Home and Garden Show at the U. We were immediately impressed with the personal attention (we don't necessarily look like people who have a lot of money, and some of the people we tried to talk with didn't seem real interested in us. It cost them a $7500 job.). We got estimates from 3-4 roofers and, though Summit was not the lowest estimate, we were most comfortable hiring them, being aware that "cheapest" should not be top priority. I do believe that you get what you pay for. We enjoyed working with Cameron, he didn't try to sell us additional work, but did point out things that were due to be replaced or changed. He worked with us to figure out what we could do ourselves and what we wanted them to do. He also helped me pick out a color that I love! <br /> The tear-off was done the first day, with everything on the ground cleaned up afterward. We also needed gutters, so the roofer worked with the installer to coordinate their work. The new roof was installed and looks great! We haven't found so much as one nail on the ground after they cleaned up and used a magnetic device to find them all. <br /> All in all, Cameron was great to work with, the roof looks wonderful and we would definitely use them again. We have neighbors who need a new roof and we have recommended Summit Roofing to them as well. You will be happy with Summit Roofing!"
