"The Houston office is dysfunctional. Started with Jylian the design consultant that does not know how to measure appropriately. Now we are left with an issue of cutting pre-existing trim so our “dream” closet looks uniform. The install guys that move like snails but do not clean as well as snails said “Just put some matching paint over it” to blend the miscalculation. Will not utilize this company going forward.
