"The owner Josh is the actual service provider along with his help. He is not sitting behind a desk while other people do his company's work. He is extremely knowledgable about trees in general and about his craft in particular. He did not care about what neighborhood we lived in when he priced the job - he gave a fair estimate. Josh did not try to complicate things in order to drive up the price. Josh is new in running his own business but has work experience with other tree service companies.
