"I can not say enough positive things about Mark Patrick owner of Affordable Concrete! I called him early on Monday, by 12:30 he was at my house to give me a quote. It was a fair price and I hired him. He told me he would be at my house at 6:30am on Wednesday, two days later!! He showed up on time, went right to work and completed the patio promptly. I am very pleased with his work, it is exactly what I wanted. He was very kind, and polite. He cleaned up great after the job was complete. I would absolutely hire Mike again for any concrete jobs!!!!"

The old roof had to be removed and some decking replaced. Work crew of 6 arrived as scheduled and went right to work. They cleaned up as they worked. "We were pretty satisfied with his work. He seemed very professional and did the work as requested. He went out of his way to assist us because we were just moving to the area and he was refinishing the floor and he assisted us with getting the water turned on because we were having a problem getting that done. That was really not part of his job but he went out of his way to assist us with that. The prices seemed reasonable but we didn't do any comparisons. It took a little longer to get the work done than we had hoped. He was usually here when he said he would be. We have contacted him for some advice on some other contractors and he recommended a roofing company to us. We paid $5,000 for the work he did on the garage."

"Need a fence repaired / renewed call Wayne Askew Contracting Inc. Replaced our 6' fencing with a "Good Neighbors" fence on the west side and a privacy fence on the back side. Also two new gates. Later, had them replace our 4' picket fencing. Closing in the backyard with new fencing. Also, reinstalled two Iron gates and repainted them within the 4' fencing. Also done work on our patio and painting in our kitchen. When you need something done call Wayne."

"Elliot and his crew showed up as scheduled. They had some difficulties with the old slab being so porous, but worked through the day to get it right. The color came out great, but the gloss layer did not last. After discussing this with Elliot, he stated it was most likely due to the very old and porous slab. Elliot and his crew came back to the house, re sanded the floor and put a thin top layer on the slab. He stained and sealed the floor with a high gloss finish. He did all this at no cost to me and the final product came out great."
