"Excellent work. Arrived on time, finished the job expertly and left the work area spotless. Quality of the work itself was excellent as well, repairing a difficult to get at ceiling panel over a garage door opener mechanism and separately installing eve vent caps 16 feet above ground. Will definitely use Fabian again for future projects. I highly recommend him."

"I found Luiz to be professional, reliable, knowledgeable, polite, hard-working, and skilled. He responded immediately every time I emailed or texted. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and then finished the job quickly, staying long hours to do so. He and his worker did a terrific job with the installation of subway tile on the walls and porcelain tile on the floors of my bathroom - it looks beautiful. I would highly recommend LAV and would use them again!"

"Smart Tile was quick to respond to my request to have my granite counter tops cleaned & sealed. We setup a date and time to have the work done. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. I would definitely use Smart Tile for any granite/tile work that I may need in the future."
