Made the initial appointment but received a phone all a few days before the scheduled appointment informing me me that they have to reschedule it due to being short handed for some employees being ill at the time. I agreed to the reschedule since Ed offered a small discount for the inconvenience. When the second appointment day arrives, they were there on time and the end result was great.
