"Laura was very friendly and talkative.  Her crew worked hard, in hot weather, to do the work described above.  I had neglected the yard, so it was a lot of work, I know.  I'll never know whether it was market-value worth the $1900 I paid for it ($200 was the Angie's List coupon, so an additional $1700), as it's hard for me to calculate outside a by-the-hour pay rate, but the yard was certainly overgrown to a large extent and they did removed and haul A LOT of debris.  They were originally going to come over three or four days but were able to do the work in only two...the second day shorter than I expected.  I suppose this was more convenient, as I could set about starting the garden I had hoped to establish in a more inviting yard, but it did leave me wondering about the cost.

"Superior Roof is a professional and customer focused company. The owners, Romel and Shelisa, care about their customers. They follow through as well. We scheduled our cleaning initially when the snow hit and we rescheduled a couple of times due to weather. The day of the cleaning, Romel came out the day of the cleaning and the roof came out great. "They arrived on time and gave me a very competitive quote. That day he sprayed the weeds so that they would have a couple of days to die. Then in 3 days they came back and cleaned out all the old leaves, weeds including blackberries, and got down by my creek and cut down the weeds and shrubs down there. They cleaned up the driveway and along both sides of the house and when done they asked me if anything else needed to be done. I was quite satisfied. They charged $600 which is about the same amount that I've paid before for the cleaning although it's tough finding anyone who is willing to clean out my yard since it's not grass and is has some slopes to it. I am definitely going to hire them again."

After interviewing a few prospects, we picked Earthview Landcare and could not be happier. We are incredibly pleased with their services. They helped us figure out how to bring our lawn/backyard/front yard back to life. We just moved to West Linn and our yard was in need of some help! For our initial clean up they fertilized our lawn, got rid of weeds, trimmed our bushes and trees, etc and will help us dispose of some trees this winter.  They come on a weekly basis and maintain our yard beautifully. "My three larel hedges are trimmed beautifully providing an elegant front from the busy traffic of my street and extra privacy between me and my neighbor. They trimmed the heather and the ground-covering surrounding my rose bushes. The dug up the front yard, removing that awful plastic stuff some landscaper's use to deter weeds. The Camellia tree had been so overgrown, it needed a "haircut". When trimmed, you could tell the grow was all on the outside of the limbs because no sun had been able to penetrate its interior. With a newly mulched front yard, I can look forward to a beautiful planting season this fall. The hedges reach twenty feet on one side of my driveway, so this is a huge undertaking, requiring ladders that are at least sixteen feet in length. The clean-up and removal of the shorn leaves and branches is an ordeal. Then they removed the old sod and along with it two layers of plastic netting that holds all that sod together. Next came the tilling of the soil, and the installation of a new kind of weed retardant cloth before two and a half yards of river rock were moved into place. It was a huge job that took up the efforts of Errin's four-man team.? I'm over-the-moon about the results. It was relatively inexpensive to have all these things done. I sat in my illuminated garden last Saturday and marveled over how good things looked. Erin Jacobs delivered as he has these past few years. I'm very happy with the work he and his team put in. Now my yard looks as good outside as the interior of the house does."

"They ultimately did a pretty good job in a hard to manage location on an incline, but did not come when expected and did not come with the root grinder as planned. I think Gerald, the owner, took on more work than he could manage for a while during the summer. They did better last summer when we hired them. The main issue was communication and punctuality; the work was actually pretty good."
