"Laura was very friendly and talkative.  Her crew worked hard, in hot weather, to do the work described above.  I had neglected the yard, so it was a lot of work, I know.  I'll never know whether it was market-value worth the $1900 I paid for it ($200 was the Angie's List coupon, so an additional $1700), as it's hard for me to calculate outside a by-the-hour pay rate, but the yard was certainly overgrown to a large extent and they did removed and haul A LOT of debris.  They were originally going to come over three or four days but were able to do the work in only two...the second day shorter than I expected.  I suppose this was more convenient, as I could set about starting the garden I had hoped to establish in a more inviting yard, but it did leave me wondering about the cost.

"Superior Roof is a professional and customer focused company. The owners, Romel and Shelisa, care about their customers. They follow through as well. We scheduled our cleaning initially when the snow hit and we rescheduled a couple of times due to weather. The day of the cleaning, Romel came out the day of the cleaning and the roof came out great. "They arrived on time and gave me a very competitive quote. That day he sprayed the weeds so that they would have a couple of days to die. Then in 3 days they came back and cleaned out all the old leaves, weeds including blackberries, and got down by my creek and cut down the weeds and shrubs down there. They cleaned up the driveway and along both sides of the house and when done they asked me if anything else needed to be done. I was quite satisfied. They charged $600 which is about the same amount that I've paid before for the cleaning although it's tough finding anyone who is willing to clean out my yard since it's not grass and is has some slopes to it. I am definitely going to hire them again."

"Key Concepts helped me clean up my entire yard. they cleaned the moss off the roof, cleaned out the gutters, cut the top layer off of the grass (weeds, really) so we could start fresh on the yard. They power washed the driveway and walkways, trimmed the trees and bushes. It made all the difference! They were VERY professional, reasonable, nice and easy to work with. "They ultimately did a pretty good job in a hard to manage location on an incline, but did not come when expected and did not come with the root grinder as planned. I think Gerald, the owner, took on more work than he could manage for a while during the summer. They did better last summer when we hired them. The main issue was communication and punctuality; the work was actually pretty good."
