This was a move out service for a rental property. We took pictures prior to having the unit cleaned, and the apartment was not in terrible shape. The unit was empty at time of service. Two people for two hours should have been ample time to complete this. We were not onsite at the time of service.

They came and cleaned the unit, and sent us an email with the bill, and charged an extra $60.00 for one hour of extra time they said was spent to clean the unit. As mentioned in previous reviews there is a $10.00 late fee per day if not paid immediately online. Seems  harsh as this was never mentioned in the initial consultation. We spoke with the owner, and said we would like to inspect the unit first instead of paying site unseen. So glad we did. Upon inspection the next day, the ceiling fans were a mess, walls still had marks on them (which wiped off) the tub was not cleaned, the oven and vent hood were not cleaned, the light fixtures in the bathroom were not cleaned, and the porch was not swept. Two people 3 hours for an empty one bedroom 765 sq.' apartment, and not done. What justifies the extra time? We called, and they sent a Supervisor with crew out that day.

The Supervisor agreed with all that was not completed, and said she would get it taken care of, and did. However, I needed to provide them with a step ladder to reach the ceiling fans(8'ceilings) and the Supervisor had to use a "magic eraser" on the tub. Something that is not provided to all the crews according to the owner of the company. The unit now looks great thanks to the Supervisor.

Once the work was finally complete we called the owner to discuss the extra charges. She kept trying to justify how the original crew was there and did do the work, however poorly, and explained the crew was worried they were going to miss their next job and left. Still trying to justify the extra time with the fact another crew came in to clean up after the first crew. Not our problem since the work was not completed in the first place. She eventually agreed to bill us for the original amount of $160.00

The scores on our review reflect the original service from the first crew. Once the Supervisor fixed all the issues, the place looked great. The owner was quick to respond, and get another crew out to the apartment, however trying to justify us having to pay extra for not completing the job in the first place, did not score well with us.
