They were not the least or most expensive but right in the middle. Eliazar came out and walked through the process with me a few weeks before the job began, and I felt like I was in very good hands. On work day 1 a big crew came out and got to work and never slowed down. It was about an 8 day job with some downtime due to rain, but they came back as soon as it was dry enough to finish. The walls look spectacular! We are a very unique white stucco townhome community on the lake in Columbia and could not be happier with the way it turned out. Several neighbors have already contact E.M. to take on their work as well. Glenda in the office is nice and responsive and very professional. "Last fall, father and son team Charles and Sean were tasked with power washing and staining two mid-sized exterior pavilions on recreational land in Baltimore County. Earlier a new roof had been installed on each pavilion by a roofing contractor. The exposed underside, support posts, and rails all needed new exterior solid stain that was applied by brush, roller, and spray. Starting promptly at 7:30 AM, over a period of six days, this team was diligent and careful in their efforts. Over the years, they have a lot of experience working on quality painting and staining projects throughout the Baltimore area. They are competitively priced. "First, he was really prompt (and fair) in giving an estimate. Second, his crew does beautiful work. They really take the time to do a nice job (fixing walls, sanding, retaping, and so forth). Third, he is wonderful about "extras" and add-ons - for example, for our last job, we also had six doors that needed painting plus a windowsill, etc. etc.. Fourth, they are really good about cleanup. He's meticulous about doing everything as agreed, and doing it well. I wish all contractors were this easy to deal with.
