"Work seemed good but then they were supposed to fix a couple of items and decided to stop answering my calls. They said they would send someone and then didn’t take fell off the face of the earth. With this type of work it is extremely important to follow up, so I wouldn’t hire them again."

"Extremely sloppy installation. Terrible. Significant rework will be needed on my part to fix. Some roofing damage done during installation. Good product (the guard system itself), horrific service and installation. Seem to take the approach of if you can’t see it easily the homwowner will have no idea. I wanked the roof so saw it all."
